Mario A. Medina

Mario is a veteran of both the transportation and telecom industries. He is the former President of DGTec - one of the big 3 telecoms in the Dominican Republic. He ran all of Latin America operations at the office products division of Canon Latin America. Mario earned his BA and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Edward “Ted” Moffly

Ted has a strong background in technology-based startups across a broad range of industries including: security software, finance, communications and healthcare. He is the former CFO of IP-Gear (sold to Telus), CFO Hygea (sold to private investors) and COO of Denarii Systems (sold to Naparina). Ted studied Chinese at Columbia University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Michael Hawes

Michael is the former finance manager for Apple - Latin America. Prior to Apple he was the financial controller for Tail, a global activewear apparel company. Michael was also the senior accounting supervisor for Land Rover North America. Mr. Hawes earned a joint accounting and business degree from the University of Maine.

Brian Jones

Brian is a respected systems analyst and software engineer. As Executive Director of Mentalroots, he engineered complex software solutions for US and LATAM companies. As the former IT Manager at Rosario National University’s Spanish and British Hospital Laboratories. Mr. Jones designed and implemented their EMR and pathology lab platforms. Brian earned his BS from Interamerican Open University (UAI) in Argentina and did his post-graduate work at National Technology University in Argentina (NTU).

Braidor Jimenez

Braidor has been a sales executive at several Fortune 5000 companies including Foot Locker and ATT, where he was a member of ATT’s Circle of Excellence for four consecutive years. Braidor studied computer science at the University of Havana. He also may be ‘the most interesting man in the world’.
